Children can choose to have a cooked lunch or bring in a packed lunch. School lunches are cooked onsite by our caterers Edwards and Ward. All meals are eaten in Kedrick’s Café, where the children are supervised by lunchtime staff.
AUTUMN TERM 2020 UPDATE
We are pleased to announce that we are serving hot lunches in the Kedrick's Cafe again. Due to current social distancing guidelines, children will have a choice between two dishes (please see menu in link) which they will choose in the morning when they arrive. When in the lunch hall, children will stay seated and their meals will be bought to them by our lunchtime staff.
Children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 are eligible for free school meals through the government’s universal meals scheme. For children in Nursery and in Years 3 – 6, school lunches cost £2.25 per day (£11.25 per week). If you think your child may be entitled to free school meals, please speak to the School Office.
School meals must be paid in advance through Parentmail by topping up your child’s lunch account. We ask that you maintain your child’s meal pattern as our caterers need to plan their numbers in advance. If you wish to change your child’s lunch choice, please speak to the School Office.
Our kitchen team work hard to provide healthy and tasty meals, with ingredients sourced responsibly and from local farms wherever possible. There is a vegetarian option, salad bar and fresh fruit available daily. If your child has any allergies, dietary or religious requirements, please contact email@example.com
